When I was a Section 8 landlord, it was obvious from the start that THA was a disorganized agency. They treat landlords like they bestowing a privilege upon them to let them house some of the worst tenants around. Their inspectors are a joke. The counselor are some of the most incompetent people I have ever seen.

They do a very poor job in responding to the needs of building owners and insuring proper payments are made on a timely basis. After many inquiries made to Tampa Housing I am still waiting to be paid for section 8 housing July rent.
