They sold me an awful U lock that would jam all the time to the point that I couldn't get it open one day after almost an hour of trying. I called them up and they lent me a saw to use to cut it and replaced the lock no charge. The new lock is probably just as bad, but they were helpful!

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of bikes. I found a nice bike for me at a good price and they also made some adjustments very quickly.

Service is good, prices are standard, good location. Has all your necessities plus some extras.

I saw some negative reviews, but overall everything was great for my teenage son and me. We rented bikes for a week so that we could ride around IV and Santa Barbara. We had no problems with the bikes or the service we received. The rental was much cheaper than it would have been with other bike shops. I would rent from them again.

Those guys are really great they always fix my bike right away and they always have great prices keep up the good work I'll send everybody I can to come out and see you guys you get a 12 on the scale keep up the good work
