What a great experience. I was in SB for a few days and wanted to hire a decent bike for a couple of rides. "Decent" doesn't quite describe just how great their hire bikes were. They were also very helpful, easy-going and generous with advice and setup. If I'm ever fortunate enough to be in Santa Barbara again, I wouldn't hesitate to return and if I ever lived here I certainly could imagine buying a bike here from their great range.

Great advice and a huge selection of demo bikes. You can test ride Santa Cruz Bronsons and put the demo fee toward a new purchase.

Velo Pro has been our bike shop of choice for 14 years. Not only have we purchased several bikes there, they have also repaired flats, replaced rims, tires and brakes, adjusted gears, honored warranty parts, suggested top-quality gear. They are passionate and knowledgeable about bikes and biking. They score in every category. We always walk out happy and satisfied. Thank you for your service all these years. The dogs are great too!

I went in to buy a pump and lube on Saturday, March 26th. I made my choices and got in line behind a guy who was picking up a bike. The young lady who was helping him had her breakfast out on the counter. There were five people working in the store. I waited. She made eye contact and she asked "Colin" if the back register was open. He said yes. No movement to the back register. It seemed Colin was more interested in working on making a sale. I waited. And waited. I finally put the pump and lube back and left. I used the app Bike Shops in North America to find the closest shop. I went to a different shop, got what I wanted, and had a nice visit with the shop guys. Not a good experience at Velo Pro.
