The hotel was less then desirable o would give it a 2. The door handle was broken which made it hard to get in the room. Hair dryer would only work on low, the shower would only send half of the water to the  shower head, there was only one regular coffee and one decaf so we had half a cup each and there was a huge station in the carpet.
Four stars for the dealer's. They were great very friendly made playing fun, joking with people, but still very professional. Machines were pretty tight.

Overall the room was in good shape and clean. Centrally located, walking distance to other places. Every staff member here was pleasant. Quick service for drinks. I enjoyed my stay here, no real complaints.

Casino has a good variety of slots and table games. Clean and updated interior. Rooms are comfortable but walls are thin so bring some ear plugs in case you have noisy neighbors staying next to you. The Otis and Henry restaurant is not as good as it once was a couple years ago. Prices have gone up a lot and quality of food is less. Overall not a bad place to stay and less expensive than Ameristar for an overnight getaway.

Trust the bad reviews on Lady Luck Hotel. The rooms are awful and feel dirty. The girl and I mean childish GIRL at the front desk, is  lazy and disrespectful. Couldn't even help us check in. She seemed mad when we asked for room rates. AT THE HOTEL. I witnessed her dropping f bombs to her friends laying on the reception seating.
When we finally had enough of the room (about 15 minutes later), the girl demanded the keys back. We returned to the front desk, she logged off the system as my husband approach and refused to check us out...Before 10pm. She said we had to go to the Isle. Luckily the man we spoke to at the Isle had customer service experience.

The upside was the buffet at The Isle. However, I think I may have a chance at a better room at Ameristar the next time I am up here. I have not stayed at The Isle but after tonight I am not sure I would try it.

We went up to celebrate our anniversary... Everyone was awesome and very helpful. Customer services was also very helpful with any questions we might have had.
