Had an issue with the connecting piece of my MacBook-- my laptop was beginning to close misaligned, and while my computer was working fine I worried that it would eventually maybe cut a wire and cause future internal problems. I called itechshark, and they had a technician work on it and have it ready by the next day. The technician was also kind enough to answer all my questions in detail and explain to me what was happening (as it turns out, a wire had been cut by the piece, which they showed me when I came to pick the computer up). My laptop looks great and is acting great, and I don't anticipate any further problems. Good, quick service!

Serving the local community with great service the guys at iTechshark are very knowledgeable and driven to take care of your devices and personal data. I highly recommend it not to carry or to expensive for good products.

This place is just great. I can't image going anywhere else for anything Apple related. My first purchase was a unique situation with my Macbook Air with purchase, trade and drive change and they provided a great solution and even better price. I've since gone back for my screen (perfect) and a couple of iPad minis.
