I', here to complain about Windows 10. I have a Windows 10 computer that isn't even a year old yet, but it's already the slowest computer in my house. The oldest computer in my house is 20 years old. This is due to Microsoft trying to make a profit with planned obsolescence. This means that their computers will stop working after a certain amount of time. They can only do this by updating your computer. Do not ever buy a Microsoft computer. If you already have, never update it. Ever.

To be fair, I never actually spoke to anyone in the store.I called because I broke the screen in my Surface Pro, hoping to buy a replacement screen. Can't actually call the store, that call gets routed to New York where I was told I could get a brand new Surface Pro for $499! That's a great price is that actually a new one or refurbished, I asked. Well it will be refurbished. Can you just sell me a screen? No you can't replace the screen she told me. But you replace screens call them refurbished and sell them back to us right? Well maybe she said. At that point I thanked her for not doing anything for me and got off the phone If I wanted to buy a refurbished Surface I would have bought one. I'd like to refurbish mine but they won't sell me the parts. Perhaps I'll buy a laptop!! (of course not from Microsoft!!

Warning to the manager of this location: Online reviews work. I'm in town for the weekend. I'm interested in purchasing a mobile phone with peripherals to enable a mobile computer. After reading your most recent reviews from customers regarding the quality of customer service they've received, I assess risk purchasing anything from your store. I assess your team's technical competence and service skills are most likely inadequate for my needs. As my time is limited, I will look for other hardware options; taking my money elsewhere. Warning to Microsoft: For productivity requirements, your hardware and software solutions are truly superior to the competition. It's unfortunate personnel supporting your product diminish the experience; costing you opportunity. Recommend in investing in quality leadership at your stores as the number one priority to enable propelling your product.

Microsoft corporation is a bunch of thieves. There customer service agents are a bunch barely can speak English retards!! I just want my money that was stolen from me.

After tons of issues with an Xbox One X that I had just gotten repaired with Microsoft, I was directed to a store so that my warranty could again be honored (I was having issues with random error codes and install crashes, when I shipped it off, they did nothing). While my warranty was honored, I was flabbergasted by the rudeness and lack of professionalism from the entire staff save the two employees that helped me. Every single employee in this store was talking amongst each other so loudly, and in a disruptive way. When we first arrived, they acted shocked that I had an appointment and were very poor at communicating with us as to where to go. The staff that took care of my warranty was nice, but told me he would have to keep the Xbox for testing and that I would recieve a call back. While frustrated, I understood, and we left. Just 30 minutes later, I received a call that they would replace my console. On the return to the store, the general staff were much worse. They acted like I was lying when I said they called me, and then just walkied someone and then continued all their conversations, even though the staff that called didn’t have a walkie. He happened to be walking by 10 minutes later and saw us. All the other staff continued their loud, obnoxious personal conversations, while our staff tried to fight through issues with the printer. One other staff was even sitting down playing a video game. In the end, my issue was resolved, thanks to Bryan’s excellent help, but, and I do not exaggerate, every single other employee, save for one, in that store was pathetic. As someone who works retail, I understand a slow evening, but when you have multiple customers receiving warranty help for failed products, a little bit of professionalism goes far. I will never, ever recommend this store to another person, and I will be passing this along to Microsoft so that they can crack down on this poor, poor excuse for a retail experience. As a company, they can do better than the rude and unprofessional etiquette that I experienced today.
