Story

When you’re in the mood for more than “just a cup of coffee” make your way to Ithaca Coffee Company! At Ithaca Coffee Company, our mission is to provide our customers with a wide variety of coffee from farms that represent a seasonally evolving selection from across the coffee-growing world. We roast each coffee using specifically designed protocols that highlight the inherent quality of the bean while bringing clarity and balance to the finished coffee. We preserve the freshness of our coffee by roasting in small batches and packaging daily. We’re proud to say that we have been certified as an organic coffee roaster since 2010!

While coffee is our specialty, we also offer a wide selection of specialty foods in our gourmet market. Our selection of fine chocolates and confections is impressive and our cheese offerings are extensive. We even provide information about the cheeses, including wine and beer pairings. If you are planning a party, Ithaca Coffee Company has everything you need! In addition to our cheeses and sweets, we carry artisan crackers, chips, and crunchy snacks that pair perfectly with our smoked and cured meats and fishes, artisan cheeses, and fancy spreads. Ithaca Coffee Company has an indoor café that is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of our fresh, in-house roasted coffee or an espresso beverage. We offer free WiFi, so bring your laptop and check your e-mail as you enjoy a bagel, breakfast sandwich, or one of many baked goods made by our very own Ithaca Coffee Company Bake Shop! Our cafés also have an extended sandwich menu for lunch.

The craft beer selection at our tavern is constantly updating in order to ensure that there is always something new for you to try! If you want to sample something new, stop by our tavern for free weekly craft beer tastings.
