It's Starbucks. You know exactly what you're going to get before you walk through the door. Just like McDonald's or Outback steakhouse. The coffee is better than average, the microwaved food options are at the aforementioned McDonald's tier, the accessories and add ons such as bottled water are overpriced, and the line is too long. But.. once through, there's free WiFi and you can chill in a decently relaxing space--although at times noisy. They've crushed all local competitors in the convenience radius of the store, so there's also no other great options if you're downtown.

Cozy Coffee Shop in picturesque downtown area. Washroom outside of of coffee shop and you have to ask for a key. Some outside tables available.

Consistently good service and coffee, and there's almost always at least one seat open for me to sit and enjoy my coffee and/or a book. It gets a little chilly in here though (maybe because half the walls are glass?) and the bathroom use policy can be a pain sometimes.
