Every issue that I have been there for I have been told to loose weight. From,back pain that makes my toes numb. To my knee pain and range of motion from an old knee surgery. But that makes no difference. Its the weight. What a crock. I wont return to nehaus

My wife and I have seen Dr Caughlin a couple times and he's great. The office however, constantly has to reschedule appointments and sometimes forgets to call you and tell you such. My wife took a day off work, only to find out the day of that she needed to be rescheduled. I got rescheduled 5 times for a simple blood work test, and finally gave up.

Very polite and professional in person. However, they lack the ability, or willingness, to follow through with things. I went there simply to get referrals to two different specialists. One appointment they made, but the other I never heard anything back from. When I called to ask about it, they claimed I had an appointment already set up with the specialist, and even gave me a phone number, name and address. It was up in Indy and I live in Bloomington, but I figured so be it. When I called that office to verify things they had no idea what I was talking about. After I saw the first specialist, they said I'd have to call the Clarizz office for my results. It took several calls, but they did finally tell me the results and promised to mail me a copy. That letter still hasn't come, though it's been several weeks. They also scheduled an appointment for me with a cardiologist but didn't tell me why or ask when I was available! It took 4 or 5 calls over the course of a few hours to get somebody who could tell me why. Now I'm waiting on them to send some information to a pharmacy so that I can get a CPAP machine. They sent over one of several required documents. They've now been been asked twice by the pharmacy to send everything and once by me. But, since the doctor I saw is out, nobody is going to do anything until she gets back.

Always have been extremely satisfied with the staff here. They're as quick as they can be in such a busy environment, very efficient and kind. Dr. Niehaus is great- seems like he really takes an interest in his patients, lab techs are very professional and desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Doctor Vucescu is great! But the office at Clarizz Boulevard is very disorganized. I have had trouble getting prescriptions called in. I have had to ask several times to get them done correctly. Weeks ago, just after seeing Dr. Vucescu, I was told that I would be called to schedule a special test, but I have not yet received a call. Other family members have had similar problems with routine non-medical clerical requests.
