The staff are extremely efficient and friendly. Dawn, in particular, has always ensured timely responses, effective scheduling, and proper follow-up. It is so important to me that someone knowledgeable, responsible, and efficient, answers the phone, ensures that questions are properly referred, and that requests for authorizations (pharmaceutical, insurance, physician, etc.) are well tended. The physicians are exceptional as are the nursing people. The care the staff take in overseeing the management of our healthcare needs places IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians far above many other service providers.

The physicians are GREAT! I love them. But every time I go in there is always a rude person at the check in center. She is the face of the company, the first person you meet when deciding if you want to go here. Teach her some manners and maybe I will come back. For now I'm going to look into other places to go.
