The doctors, office & staff are amazing. A lot of the complaints on here seem to be things that are more error on the patients part than the office. I will say however, the only thing I have had a negative experience with (and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars) is unreturned calls. This has happened once or twice, but was promptly addressed & fixed with a call to remind them. I understand they are an office & that it's their job, but they are still human & have a high volume of patients making requests every day. So it happens! Overall, everything is excellent.

Cares about the patient very understanding and wonderful environment. Some of the best doctors and nurses ever I have seen. Went for the first time and they got me right in even earlier then my appointment time. I have been trying to get my doctor to pay attention to my medical issue and nothing until I saw doctor Weiler. doctor Weiler and her nurses are just awsome

I have been going here for a few years now and I could not be happier with their service. Dr. Leis is amazing. She's kind, caring and compassionate. She is straight to the point and explains things in a way anyone can understand. I also had my blood drawn there and the woman who drew my blood did such a good job. I usually get queezy and almost pass out. I barely felt her taking my blood! I live in indianapolis and I drive all the way down to Bloomington just so I can go here.

This office is horrible. I live in Bloomington and feel pigeon-holed by my lack of options for an OB/GYN. I see Dr. Leiss, who is ok if you're 100% healthy, but she's brusque and has a terrible bedside manner otherwise. I'm going through fertility issues and she didn't allay my fears or help me with options. My husband and had an IUI there last month and it was a terrible experience. No one explained the procedure or time table. There was no quiet room for my husband during his portion. I was inseminated to the sound of an ultrasound in the next room with a doctor I'd never met who couldn't care less about me or my time. When we had to have lab work and a semen analysis we had to go through IU Hospital. The lab techs were slow, uninformed, and incredibly expensive. A semen analysis that route was $250 and took 3 days for the results. We got one done at our urologist in Indy and it was $7 and we had numbers in an hour. We'll be making the hour trip to Indianapolis for anything else we have. I'm leaving this practice. As should anyone who values their time and any human aspect of healthcare.
