The doctors seem to be highly qualified and willing to listen. I am happy with this clinic for the most part. The only thing I don't like is that you are barred from your own medical record. My previous doctor used to tell me my blood test results over the phone. I can also call anytime if I forget the test results. But this clinic requires you to pay a special visit just to get your test results. I called them a few times asking if I could get the test results before I saw the doctor, so I could do some research and think of questions to ask, but they refused to send it to me or let me pick it up in person (even though they had the results in front of them). I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment and get my test results. I am not sure if it is legal to prevent patients from getting their own medical records?

Wasn't impressed with the care I was given. These Doctors won't prescribe an aspirin unless you are on your death bed! A patient should never have to suffer in pain when a doctor has an MRI in front of them showing chronic issues! You can look at a patient & tell if they use drugs & if there are any doubts Take a urine culture. Oh that's right it's too much work to do that so you will just have to suffer. I am sorry. Like sorry will help?! Where is the law protecting the patient from getting improper care? Oh no we want to just assume every patient uses narcotics wrong & do nothing for the patient who is telling the truth?! Seriously they are causing different issues by treating patients like this! The ONLY person who is affected is the one telling the truth. They prescribe it to the druggies because they constantly ask! What sense does this make? I am very frustrated!

Doctors, nurses and NP's are very nice and the Lab Staff is great! If you need lab work, ask for Gina!
