The staff at the Gun Barrel location makes it the BEST location to shop at. This is why we have been repeat customers for years. We spoke to Mary over the phone and told her what we wanted and when we got there she had many options for us, but took us straight to what we wanted. Thanks to Mary (Sales Rep), Britney (Credit Manager), and didn't catch his name but the Store Manager we picked out our chair and table and was out of the store within twenty minutes with our approved credit and purchase order. We had a store credit that was expired but the Store Manager over rode it and allowed us to use it anyway. Just another example of their great customer service.

Love love love Ivan Smith furniture. Susan Johnson at the Gun Barrel location has been great at helping me make the best selections to fit my needs. Not only is her customer service awesome, she is very knowledgeable in the industry. They have beautiful furniture ❤️❤️

This is my absolute favorite place to buy furniture and accesories for my home. Susan Johnson makes the entire process so simple. She's so helpful and absolutely knows their products thoroughly. By far the most helpful and honest sales person in the furniture industry.... I refuse to purchase furniture with anyone else and I refer tons of people to her. ❤❤❤

Susan is awesome. My husband and I just purchased a new home and needed some new furniture for it. Susan was so patient with our inductiveness on which set to get, chairs to get not get etc. Thank you so much Susan for hanging in there with us, we absolutely love our new bedroom suite!!!! It looks gorgeous in our new bedroom!!!

Was looking for a powered recliner or two for my wife and I. Went to store by myself as my wife was out of town. Picked a recliner that I liked and after trying it I took a picture of it to show my wife. The next week my wife was back and had a day off so I called the saleslady that waited on me and asked her if we come and pick out a recliner could we get it quickly and she said yes. We made the drive to the store and I showed my wife the chair that I tried and had a picture of. The saleslady then told us that wasn't the chair that I tried out because it didn't have a motor. It was definitely the chair as I had taken a picture right after I tried it out. I don't know what happened to the motor, if it was taken out or, if it was still in. We looked around and found a recliner and a recliner sofa and again before we agreed on it, we asked the saleslady if we could get it and she said, yes, in two days". Asked her about delivery, she said $79 we said fine. She went to put the figures together and came back saying the delivery was normally around $149 but they would do it for $119. Ok, but still $40 more than she originally told us. We decided to get the pieces since the holidays were approaching and we had company coming. This was done on a Tuesday and the furniture was scheduled to come the following Thursday. I got a call from the store on Wednesday saying they could not deliver til the following week on Thursday. I was not very happy. The lady that called me said it was either that day or wait still another week! The whole decision to go back to the store trip was based on getting the delivery that we were promised. So here we are, company for the holidays and no furniture to sit in! I just felt that they,at the store, were not up front with us about the chair with no motor , and the delivery. Shouldn't make promises you can't keep!
