Terrible business practices. If you have to order something, don't. Just go elsewhere. I was charged upfront for a table and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Three MONTHS later I went in to cancel the order and they said that they would not refund my money, but tried to give me a different table. I even tried to contact their corporate representatives, but never received a response. They were very deceptive and refused to fix their own mistake. My order was not special order and the employee informed me that the product could not be delivered at all. The table we ordered could no longer be produced, but the company would not give me my money back.

You think you can keep my money when you can't get my furniture you got another thing coming .Worst place I ever did business with. They ordered a table on Oct 20. Said they can't get it at all on Oct 23. It is nov 22 and I still have not got all my money back.

I should have lived by the first review. Bought and paid for 6 chairs April 27, 2016. I was told that they would be in Waxahachie the next day, April 28th and would receive a call. No phone call by 4:30pm so I called the store. This is the story I was told: "I (the only sales person there) made a mistake and the driver can't deliver the chairs today." "The chairs will be in Waxahachie next Thursday (May 5th)". "No, there is no possible way to get them sooner" "No, we do not give refunds". The chairs are coming from Dallas! They might as well be coming from Alaska! One reason I bought the chairs was because of the quick availability! Now I have no chairs when I need them and I have NO recourse. Heed the first reviews message. This company is NO business integrity and they certainly have no interest in customer service. You hand them your money and are strictly at their mercy. "No, we do not give refunds". .
