I am in awe with this store! While there are many jewelry store in the St Chales Mall, i happened to stop in this store after going to others. I was immediately  greeted and asked if i needed help bu a sales associate named Twyla. She was so very kind and patient and most of all, she was honest in her opinions on certain items in the store. I was surprised by the fact that she was not trying to sale me the most expensive things in the store, but yet, help me find what I wanted. I am a forever customer and I would ask for Twyla any day of the week!!!

My wife purchased a $300+ watch from here in 2012 as a father's day gift for me. The watch started fogging up in 2015 and the crown broke on the watch. I brought it to the store to get it repaired on 10/3/2015. It wasn't until November that I heard back from them that it would cost $860+ to repair the broken crown and remove the fog from the watch. Buying accessories from this store that are expected to last a lifetime is basically throwing your money away.
