I've had several manicures at J-Nails and have always received excellent service and results. I do understand that I'm not their average client, being genderqueer, but they've never treated me differently and have been very good working with me. I always get the gel manicures and have yet to have one start to chip off or look bad before the 2 week marks. (I gather that some reviewers have difficulty understanding what "up to" means, although mine have exceeded that estimate.)

I went there to get my nails done. I got jell tips. The first week one of them fell of. it fell of when I was outside. Two days later I got that one fixed. The same night I was opening a box and one of my other nails popped off

Got the dip which is suppose to be the best of the best, and I had them for less than a week and 3 of my nails have chipped in beyond irritated.

Pedicure was great but the French manicure (no chip) was probably the worst I've ever gotten.  I really think the tech tried his best though.

The service is horrible ! I paid 4 extra dallors for nail polish because my nails were longer ! And my nail broke 2 days later and all I did was pick my keys up off the floor ! And they refused to fix it !
