Steve was extremely personable, friendly, and represented the experience you look for when buying in the store. Was nice to have someone finding you the bike you want rather then trying to upsale.

When I went in,  my brother dropped off his bike to get a tune up and the person who helped us knew exactly how to help make my brothers bike problems go away. Next, I wanted to buy my own bike. The man again knew exactly what I was looking for when I didn't even know myself. I got a great mountain bike for a great price and I know I'll be going back soon.
