I have been going to Stemple's since 1983 to buy parts and several bicycles and I have always been happy with their service. Current owner Mike Hudoc and his crew know what they are doing and I trust their judgement. Keep up the good work!

We love this place! They always provide great service! The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and friendly – I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Rude staff, bad selection. Not a good bike shop overall. Spend your $$ elsewhere.

I had them do a tune up on my bike after I got hit by a car.  They were really helpful and took good care of my bike. They prevented me from having to buy a new chain wheel by bending my old one back to its original shape. 

The only problem I had was they set my seat too high for some reason. I had it set where I wanted it. But when I rode it the first time after picking it up it was way too high and I could barely reach the pedals when they were at the bottom. It is my own fault for not testing it out before I left the shop, but I don't get why they changed the height so much without asking.  

Overall a great shop and a great experience.

We live in Elmhurst and we were recently in the market for a bike for my daughter. We stopped by this store to browse and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain the different models and properly fit my daughter for a bicycle. They also helped us pick out a helmet and size it correctly. The pricing seemed to be in line with other local shops. We will definitely be returning to this store in the future.
