The buyers club is awesome, 10% back on everything so I never pay full price.  Incredibly affordable gear pricing with top brands for tools and components (Shimano, Park Tool, etc.)  Main brands that are carried are Fuji, Kestrel and GT.  Online has a deep catalog that can be shipped to store for free.  The staff is friendly and willing to help.

We just bought a $350 bike for our kid, which they had to order and assemble, and they did a total hack job putting it together. The gears don't shift, the chain falls off, all the things that anyone who spent an ounce of effort trying to do right could have done. 

They made everything right the next day when we took it back, including mounting lights and providing a combination lock when we came back, so I do appreciate the effort to rectify the situation. I would say that, like most retail establishments, there is a mix of great and poor here. If you get the right person, you are in good hands. Just make sure you take the care to find the right one.

Great customer service.  I brought my bike in and they adjusted my front derailleur in 15 minutes without an appointment. I'll definitely go back.
