Used this company to install and connect a new a|c heater unit. Over $10,000.00. First time it was turned on....nothing. Two workers came to fix problem, stated they dont know why its not working. Owner shows up, installs another brand new thermostate. We get another bill for him fixing their first mistake.  They are very over priced, only use if you have money to blow. I will use Deming plumbing from now on.  Our roof then began to leak and it took three days for them to show up and got another bill for 295.11. Unbelievable.

I have used J & S Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years. They are excellent, always fit me in their schedule and do quality work.

Just called for help and the woman running the office was very rude! Seemed like it was just a hassle for me to ask for help. Maybe putting someone a lot less grumpy answering the phones would be a good idea! I am not positive, but one would think that in order to make money and keep a good customer base, you would want to be NICE to customers calling for help.

J & S came out to diagnose my A/C issues this morning. I was told they'd be at my house between 8-9 am. Two techs showed up at 8:20. They were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They fixed my issue within an hour, cleaned up, and took off. I will definitely use J & S for any future service and maintenance. Very impressed with the work they did! Keep it up, J & S; it's refreshing to see quality work and good customer service!
