Excellent experience with this company.  Came home to a broken water heater, garage floor flooded, they had a new water heater installed the next morning, the owner, Joe, personally made sure the install was done professionally.   Highly recommend.

They came out almost immediately,  however, pictures were taken and we were told the company would call with an estimate shortly. Fortunately my husband wouldn't allow the guy to leave the water off, like he wantes to. Three hours later he called the office and was then told the service man was going to bring the pictures into the office for an estimate. Due to forsight my husband then called one of your competitors to have the work done. We still have not heard back from your company and its been over 24 hours. We won't be using them again.
