My experience at this hospital was by far the best! Nurses And doctors were ALL super sweet and made you feel comfortable! I'm from Ga but damn sure felt at home in Alabama! God bless all the nurses and staff, you are all truly God's people!

Horrible hospital. I came last year because my sister who is a doctor told me to go to the hospital because my foot went numb and she was out of town. The doctor only rub something against my foot and said there was nothing wrong with me and I just need to exercise. I was very offended by what he said and he told me that I could go to another hospital and he did not care. My brother was with me and he was not happy with the doctor. Found out later by my sister that it was my herinated disc that caused my numbness in my foot. After leaving the hospital of course they stuck with a 250 bill when the doctor did nothing but offend me. I’m sorry but please go elsewhere. The receptionist up front were kind but the doctors aren’t worth it.

STARS FOR THE PHYSICIAN, NURSES & STAFF 
STARS for HOSPITAL choice of Billing Practices

Visited ER and received good care.  However, I was in shock when two bills were received one for hospital charges and one for the doctor's charges.  I was in the ER for sore ribs related to accident.  Total time within the ER was 1-1/2 hours.  I was seen by doctor, a chest x-ray was performed, I was given a shot for pain and a prescription to take medication at home.  The hospital charge was over $1000 - okay - I understand the overhead and facility charges, etc.  But when the physician's charge is $898 for evaluation and review of a chest x-ray, I question the validity of the charges especially when the physician is a contractor provider.

Never heard anything good about this place. They messed up the Achilles of one of our soccer players and the doctor said he didn't know what was wrong with my girlfriend on the soccer team but then a spine specialist said it was obviously a herniated disk and that the doctor should have known. Wish my school was not a partner of this place.

Excellent care, compassionate, knowledgeable staff. The cleanest hospital I think I have ever seen. Highly recommend it.
