On this visit, we ordered the Spicy Cluck'N Sourdough Sandwich add Jalapeños and regular size Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee. The sandwich was pretty good, but a little too heavy whereas I wouldn't eat it more than once a week. The Iced Coffee was refreshing. All in all, it was a great dinner. Thanks Jack!
From my experience the night crews are too getto except Shenashe's too sweet could a be Manager so the place runs better. The rest of the crews there have no business ethics.From the time you pull over to the driver through screen....this is what you hear"Go ahead and order" with attitude tone,with no greeting what's so ever. I wish someone from the cooperate go under cover so they could understand what I'm talking about.
You can't beat Jack in the box after 1am. It's pretty much one of the only things open. You know exactly what you're gonna get from Jack. Some typical trashy fast food. The drive thru was empty. I guess they don't eat that stuff so late near Berkeley. I will choose this location over the one near Temescal every time.Food: 3/5
Forgot to put in my large order of curly fries in todays order 20 minutes ago. This is the second jack in the box that did this. I called but no answer.

Old re-heated burger patties. Gross. Garbage fast food or not, at least make it fresh. The people that work at this location are as garbage as the food they serve.
Crack heads outside screaming... I guess that's long for this area... The ladies inside don't deserve to have to put up with the s*** that comes through this drive though... Dad people don't know how to act anymore... Areas like this don't deserve to have fast food if they can't treat the workers With respectFood: 3/5

Normally I would rate this place 4 stars for the great service, reasonable pricing, and hours of operation but because I like to go to this Jack in the box for my late nite munchies, for the last 3 weeks they appear to be closed from midnight to early morning...They place chairs in the driveway to block access and no one answers the phone to explain what is going on...at least post something on the door or change your web site to reflect your change in hours....
