We had intended to eat at the Sonoma location, but their lobby was closed noon on a Friday, so we ended up here. Everyone was friendly and helpful but they are clearly understaffed, the only problems we had dining in were likely due to not having enough people no ice in the soda machine, slow service. I was really worried after reading some of the other reviews, but everyone who we interacted with was really nice, and no one was just standing around, they were all frantically building burritos and what-not for the pick-up orders. They even offered to fill the soda for us since the soda machine was out of ice. There were no sauce packets out I assume this is either due to the crummy neighborhood or more likely management figured out they can be cheap as a result of the pandemic, but regardless of the reason, they asked what sauces we wanted so we didn't have to ask. The food was better than expected, my kids got tacos with no lettuce and the tacos came stuffed full of meat and cheese instead of the recommended minimal amout. I couldn't find Nacho Fries on the kiosk...
Honestly this is the best drive thru service I've experienced in awhile. On par with chick filet and in n out customer service. They seemed like real people, were kind, and out of all the times I've been there they didn't mess my order up once. Hands down best taco bell experience I can remember.Food: 5/5
Went here last night to get a quick dinner..The girl in the drive-thru had me reverse my car back..wait then come back up to the window..Why???? I don't think she even knew why...She also needs an attitude adjustment.

I went there 7-1 at 1000. Was told unless I’m door dash I’d have to wait 15-30 minute to order &get food. That’s rediculas!! You lost quite a few orders! Talk about poor customer service.
Sign outside the door says dining room open till 9. At 730 I was knocking on the door and the people inside just sat there.
Restaurant door is closed @10:10 am!! I tried to talk to team members or managers, no one would RESPOND! Real Bad!
It the drive through, they got my order wrong, when I told the lady that wasn't what I ordered, she tells me that she person had already made it. I told her it didn't matter because it was wrong. So, someone else took it and changed it. I felt it prepared as well as usual!Takeout: Yes
I know it seems small and petty but this Taco Bell location often gets drive thru drink orders wrong. I always order diet - with diabetics in the family it is what I am used to. But when I don't get diet my first thought is of my family members who could have serious reactions to a regular soda when they were expecting a diet soda. I wish the employees could understand that what seems like a simple mistake could have serious repercussions for some people.
When my grandsons are coming over i go grab the Cravings pack for $10. It's such a great deal I love how quick the drive-thru is if the employees are very friendly
