At 1:02 pm today, I purchased a Jumbo Jack with cheese, fries, and large drink. I sat down and discovered a napkin dispenser that had not been wiped down in quite some time. There was a reddish-yellow substance that had hardened on the top of the metal dispenser. The burger was the most uninspiring food that I can recall eating. It screamed to me, "I'm not special...don't eat me!" I was very hungry and managed to swallow it and a few fries. Two HVAC workers came in and I felt compelled to tell them, "go elsewhere". The meat patty tasted like it had been reheated and it was not large; it should be labeled the mediocre Jack! Bottom line here is don't eat at this Jack in the Box. Place was not clean, there was damage to the wall adjacent to where customers sit. Very disappointed!

Very good food it was hot when I got it the guy in the drive thru could use a little bit more training you could tell he was new but that didn't affect the food at all

It was quiet and pleasant. I ate before lunch crowd came in counter service was friendly and fast

It is usually cold. Cleaner this time than normal. I would not recommend the French toast.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The food is horrible and service sucks, the people work there do not take their job serious.
