Service was very slow. Customer service at the kaufman location is alway one of the worst I have ever seen. 0 stars!! My wife use to stop in the mornings on the way to work and order a mocha cappuccino. The last 2 times she got down the road she realized they have given her regular coffee. She called both time and told manager both times he never apologized. He just told her she needed to turn around and come back or there is nothing he can do about it. Her getting to work on time is more important than the dollar something difference between coffee and cappuccino.

The place is filthy..out of straws. Floor is gross. Trash behind the counter where customers can see it. Staff is not friendly I told them they were out of straws and she just turned around to finish her Fry's. Food is cold. Diet Dr pepper in the regular Dr pepper spot...not happy. I went to the counter to ask for BBQ sauce and someone was smarting off saying we don't have BBQ sauce. She did it to everyone who asked for something. That's not customer service... Every table has trash.

Today in the morning I went to get my breakfast. I asked for a small pineapple mango smoothie and the cup wasn't fill it up until the top, it was a little bit more than the half. I told the lady in the front and she just said that she doesn't know and the machine needs to be calibrate it. That's it? Omg really? That's a bad attention to the customer. I'm so disappointed. The people from there, always look so stress and that's something that I don't want to see especially when you are going to start a day. They take advantage of it because this is the only McDonald in town. :(

The drive thru was about 4 cars deep. It took about 35 minutes from the moment I pulled in to when I left. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and large f2f. The ff's were only about 1/3 full but hot. The chicken covered only about 1/3 of the bun. The lettuce and tomatoes were very hot and wilted. The bun had sloppy juice all over it which made it almost unbeatable. The great thing was the manager Victoria. She was extremely apologetic and told me my next order was on her. I appreciate the fact I was listened to and inderstood. P.S. The 3 items were handed to me in a sack meant for a family of 6 or 8 people.

Worst meal I have received at a McDonald's drive thru. Ordered my grandson a happy meal....well after I order and pay for it and they hand me my food is when they say..."sorry we are out of happy meal prizes, so we are giving you a cookie" My 3 year old grandson was not happy and neither was I !!! They put in a sack, not a box and did not even put his fries in there, I had to ask for them and the BBQ for his nuggets. Got home, his fries are like they have been sitting there for days!! I bought 2 southwest chicken salads and they looked like they had been tossed!!! I eat these all the time, never had one that look like that and they did not put the limes in there. I called the store to complain to the Mgr. He did apologize and said "we will give you a toy when we get some "....WELL....that is not giving me anything....I already paid for that!!! I was going to do the survey online....but guess what, you can not see in the middle of the receipt, so I called back and asked the mgr. about that and he said they had a service call in on that to get it repaired....so guess what....i cannot do they survey to complain about my service!!!!
