The pizza here used to be great! But here recently the pizza has been coming out cooked too long and the crust being hard, Especially the extra most bestest, it hasn't been coming out as cheesy and it is getting cooked to long.

Today I drove through the drive thru, it’s my first time ever going to eat at the one here in Kaufman.. there was a young lady with blonde and brown hair! She was the sweetest, welcoming and caring lady I’ve ever met!! She is MANAGEMENT MATERIAL!! She just loved my little ones! I will be coming back for sure!! I recommend others as well!

When they first opened, they were good for what you would expect. The last five times I have gone to get pizza, it has been VERY overcooked. The last three times I have ordered the extra most bestest and asked for it to not be overcooked, it was overcooked. I went this past week and I had to send my extra most bestest pizza back theough the drive in window. I drove around and walked in with my children. The girl who helped me at the window came with a "new" box of pizza and offered to take it to my car seeing as I have an infant in a carrier and a 4-year-old. I didn't check the pizza. When I arrived home, I opened the pizza and my daughter refused to eat it. It was the SAME pizza that I returned through the window. My daughter says she doesn't want pizza every time I ask her about having a pizza night. This was her favorite food prior to our bad experiences here. I am thoroughly disappointed. From now on, at LEAST put enough cheese to cover the sauce. People are paying more money to get worse pizza. Looks like we will be going to Dominos from now on and maybe my baby will start liking pizza again.

Usually the product here is pretty good (for a cheap pizza place), but the last time I visited, I waited for over 30 minutes at the drive thru, the pizzas were cold and looked like they had been dropped once I finally got them home. There were only 2 people working, 1 girl at the drive thru and trying to run the front counter as well, and 1 boy cooking pizza when he wasn't hanging out the back door puking. This store has gone downhill since it opened just a couple of years ago. I would not recommend And probably won't be going back.
