Jack's has a nice relaxed vibe and offers up great cocktails and small bites. I am newer to Jack's as it is not as easy to find as one may think even for being a local. Once you find this local gem you will be cruising into the bar more often than you thought to try their seasonal cocktails!
Was in Bellingham for my son's Wedding and came to Jack’s for some celebratory cocktails and were immediately told that we would not be served. The only thing that stood out with respect to our group was our attire. Evidently overdressed for Jack’s ! The young lady running the bar last night decided to turn down a nice, well behaved group and a tab for 8 people. My personal thought is we would have had No Problem being served if we had of been dressed down! I also get concerned when a Manager refers to the place serving the public as My Bar! Needless to say we have No Intentions of returning to Jack’s!
Jack's bartenders are always second to none. Great specials and great space for a good beverage. I have never had a bad drink here.
Always great. The apple and brie board was delicious as were the cocktails and the staff was amazing as well. The ambiance soothes my soul!
The worst. I felt extremely Disrespected. Was talked to like a child, was told to wait outside...while they debate if my ID, which was issued by Washington state, is real. I've been there once before and will not return. Horrible service. Horrible attitude by the bartender for no reason. One star. I'm sure the owner is a nice person but the employees represented something entirely different this evening. BLM!!!!! TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE I DONT BELONG.
The absolute gem of downtown Bellingham’s sophisticated bars is Jack’s as orchestrated by celebrated mixologist Dan. Unbelievably fair prices that are $5 to $8 less than other wanna be at Dan’s level bars. Add it’s dark, cool interior and love for this top relaxing spot follows. Come at opening’s 4 pm and enjoy an exhale end to your day.
Small and quaint. Great bar tenders, craft cocktails were seasonal and well balanced. A lovely spot for small bites and a drink with a friend. Will definitely be coming back.
Walked in with a wedding party and was immediately discriminated against. Multiple times a girl walked up to us and told us we wouldn’t be served because we were at a wedding. Ultimately we asked if this was due to Washington law or her initiative and she kicked us out of the bar. Mind you this was on a Thursday night at a 14 person wedding.
Fantastic bar, the oranges here are out of this world!!!! Kenzie was a fantastic bartender as well!!! Carson was also very congenial!!
Came here at Jack's Bar with a best friend! They got the nicest, cleanest and best place to go and have fun with anyone you want.... I LOVE this place!!! Can't wait to come back and have fun!
