The website of this campground is completely misleading. While it is close to entrance of Grand Teton NP, you have to travel about 13 miles on asphalt, broken asphalt, one lane bridges and all you get to is the entrance you could have gotten to on perfectly good roads if you went into the park from Jackson. Apparently they charge what they feel like that day. We paid 125.00 per night for our 4 day reservation long before we arrived. Others we talked to paid considerably less and one person paid 150.00 for same services. I am sure they make you pay in full for your reservation because you certainly wouldn't stay more than a day at this RV park once you get there. The pictures you see on the website have nothing to do with the campground. They portray the park which is indeed stunning. Seems a deceptive way to do business. I think all the money went into the cabins. And the RV park stuck away at the back got no attention. Wouldn't stay again and have made sure all our traveling friends avoid the place. Verna (Calgary)

In fairness, we should have been prepared after having read all the reviews, but... If this place would have charged $40 or even $50 a night, then you wouldn't simply see all the negatives, but they charged $125 (this included taxes) a night! The park did have some large trees - not that we were parked under them, but some folks had shade. Some spots, very few, but some, had large spaces with a fair amount of "space" around them - MOST did not! There were some units so close together we saw one rig that couldn't have their awning out! It looked to me like there were water reducers on all the water spigots, so I was UN sure if I needed my usual water reducer. I walked up to the office and asked them - the gal behind the counter thought about it, said "hmmm, I'm not sure, but I don't think so". She never offered to ask anyone as I guess that was too much trouble? The park was very close to a shuttle bus stop which was handy for going to Jackson or Jackson Hole. The park was clean, dog clean up bags located all through the park, but it was absolutely hands down the worst value of any park we stayed in on our 11 day trip. We stayed at a BEAUTIFUL RV park minutes outside Yellowstone (West Yellowstone RV park) that with tax, was $74 which we would normally think was expensive, but it was manicured to perfection and we left there knowing we'd be back someday. Again, for the money, this place just flat is NOT worth it - if you have money to burn, don't care about how close you are to someone, don't care that you can't put a mat on the ground at your RV entrance (They say it will ruin the grass - look at the picture - too late for that!) then go ahead and give it a try.

The cabins are cute but the RV spots could be larger. There are plenty of trees which I enjoy.

We've totally enjoyed it here. Everything we wanted/expected and more was provided. Love the location and views. Saw the moose... Twice.

When calling to make a reservation, the attitude of the woman taking the call was SHOCKING and very upsetting. She was outright demeaning and didn't want to answer two simple questions about booking. After that, we didn't even want to stay there... besides the fact one night would cost $110 (incl. taxes) for the most basic RV site. We decided against it and still can't get over how rude this woman was.
