Great place and great service. I have bought 2 vehicles there and had a pleasant experience both times. Service dept is 1st class and Dennis did a wonderful job after a bad experience we had at another local dealership.

This was a great car buying experience! Staff was very nice and knowledgeable and were not pushy like some other dealerships.  Quick negotiating and a good price.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Sunshine Chevy is by far the nicest dealer in the Asheville area! They helped me get the lowest price and get all the rebates. They have polite and helpful staff, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have been dealing with Sunshine Chevrolet since January 5, 2018.  The percentage rate and total of my loan were not revealed at signing, $4,200 worth of Gap Insurance was added to my loan and I was not asked if I wanted it, promises of return calls and removal of promised service fees and Gap Insurance fees were not kept and the check I was to receive in 10-14 days has not been received.  The dealership had been uncooperative in every way.

At this point I have been dealing with Sunshine Chevrolet since January 5, 2018.  I had $4,200.00 worth added to my car loan that I was not asked or advised about at closing.  These were Gap Insurance and extended warrenty fees.  As of this point $799.00 has been returned to the balance of my loan.  I have been told that the remaining $3,500.00 has been sent back also. . .I've been told this for the past three weeks. . .my bank advises me that has not happened.  I do not receive calls from the dealership when I leave voice messages. I have bought two cars at this dealership.  I will not EVER deal with them again.  I have been advised to contact WLOS-TV.  An attorney might be a better option.
