Terrible terrible terrible! They don’t always wash their blenders so double check your smoothie for things you might e allergic to, I have crohns so I can’t digest a lot of stuff and they just had kale and strawberries in it which would kill me! They don’t even greet you when you walk in the door or ask if you have a mobile order you have to go up and be rude and tell them you need your smoothie
This was the first time coming to this location I was UTTERLY AND COMPLETELY disappointed in all the Jamba juice location had to offer. Two employees and both did not know how to have customer service or politeness to anyone. Never going back to this location.

130 pm on a Weekday. Waited OVER a half hour for a smoothie and there wasn't even a huge line! Line orders kept popping up over 30 minutes was more than my lunch break for a smoothie
This place is clean, customer service is great and the wait time is fair. This smoothies and açaí bowls are amazing!
1 unable to get fresh wheatgrassmain reason for coming 2 Two people behind me ordered, got their smoothie, and were gone before they started on my 3 smoothies of which 2 were the same. 3my 2 smoothies where made in same blender as next customer. I have never seen a smoothie place make more than 1 smoothie in a blender, even if the same smoothie. They made a mistake and thought I had 3 of same. After realizing mistake, poured smoothie back in blender and poured a large smoothie for them. Appeared to still have product left over. A lot of waste and not sure of sanitary practices.
Disappointed cashier went and grabbed old old ginger shot from the fridge. When paying $4 with $1 tip the fresh shot I requested should be given. There were two people working and no other customers in store. The cashier grabbed with only one glove to put on the lid touching where I was to drink from with ungloved hand. Last time I went they did not wash ginger off. Keep being disappointed. I might have to just make my own but when on the go it would be nice if Jamba Juice could be an option :/.
Most have caught them at a bad time 12:30 on a Thursday but the staff seemed as if they had no clue how to work as a team or separate. There was only small cups being offered. When trying to order just 2 small the cashier was completely confused and still tried telling me I couldn't get a large? Come on guy, get someone else to handle counter, maybe you can get the blenders to work better instead
Cold stale pretzels and the girl making the food kept wiping her nose… never go back
First off it’s 09/11 around 8:30am i ordered a chunky strawberry bowl my banana are horrible . I asked for honey drizzle i got a glob of honey in one spot . Two girls did my bowl morning. You guys should really train your employees to offer what you present on your menu because this is the worst bowl i’ve had at jamba juice . If you want jamba juice don’t go to this one !
