ordered a regular number 3 with no cheese and they put cheese which is a common mistake but i never once asked for onion and on top of that the lady working the drive thru had my food and had already swiped my card and had me waiting 10 minutes as she worked on drive thru orders DO NOT COME HERE
This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered three chili dogs and two products I repeated my order at least six times. Repeat it again when I got to the drive up. The order was all wrong the lady had a hard time understanding. She should not be working the drive up window in orders. She gave me three hotdogs with chili and two of them had sauerkraut on them that is a total of three hotdogs. When I went back and questioned her she told me I was wrong and that the order was right. I do not recommend this place at all. And we love Wienerschnitzel
First time trying a wienerschnitzel and it was fantastic, as a vegetarian it's hard to get decent fast food options in usa, but these veggie dogs were great, although I'd reccomend getting 2 as they arent massive. The server was really friendly and helpful but I had to knock 1 star off purely because we did ask for onions on the plain dogs and got none, and I asked for no pickles and got some. These things happen, not a big deal, still really enjoyed it. Vegetarian options: Fantastic veggie dogs, worth trying.
It's 7:30 on a Tuesday and a group of us are in the mood for chilli dogs and burgers. The four of us walk up to eat inside and guess what? There is a sign that says the "drive-thru is open" and the front door is locked, yet there is someone sitting inside! So this place wants our business, but only if we eat in our car!!! So we walk across the street to Habit and drop 65 bucks! Now I know why Der restaurants are becoming extinct and constantly closing! Never been to this one before. Do you think I'll be back . . . uhh no!
Went on Friday evening Dec 16, 2022. Employee at the drive thru did not understand what I was saying. Her manager, I assume, tried to tell me that a coupon wasn't good until Jan 29, 2023. When actually it is good through that date, so that was either a lie or he didn't understand either. Then they told me the coupon actually wasn't scanning, so was it lie or what?? Then I paid $40 in cash, and the total on the receipt says I paid in exact change, $33 something, which is also not true AND THEY GAVE ME INCORRECT CHANGE. can't understand what I'm saying, can't understand/ outright lying about coupons, and can't enter in correct cash amount or give me the right change. Seriously wth. Never coming out this location again, on katella and meridian.
Not a good experience at all. Went through drive through, person was very hard to understand. Had to repeat order several times. Got the window and had to repeat the order again. When I got home the order was wring and missing items.
Every time I try to give the place another chance, they screw up again. They either need hearing aids or those who can understand the language. You don't get what you order and get attitude when they are asked to fix it and make it right. Never going back!!!!!Food: 4/5
Over $14 on lunch & they wanted to charge me for relish. Even 7-11 has you beat. Places like this need to go out of business and make room for more local food and service. Would not go back. Bad experience. Thanx for dumping the fries on the side!
