I am not one to write reviews usually, but I was so impressed with the service at this location that I had to share. I have never been to any franchise store before where I felt so cared for as a customer and such professionalism from the staff. Please support this business. This is exactly the kind of place we need to prop up in our communities. Whoever owns/manages this location obviously cared about what they are doing!
One of the sweetest subways I’ve had the pleasure of coming too; forgot my wallet at work. I told them I would return to pay it and with pleasure they offered to pay for my food. A very nice environment even for a Subway; really felt special. Wish more people like them were acknowledged.
It's Subway. Good, fresh sandwich at a reasonable price. What this Subway had above others was that it's meticulously kept. Everything was spotless. A pleasant surprise was the watermelon drink. Refreshing without tasting sugary.
Monica was super awesome so friendly and helpful training a new employee. i also noticed how friendly she is towards new people coming in "hello welcome to subway". i appreciate the great service as a matter of fact nonetheless making customers laugh as im writing this.
Disgusting! I was just there less than 5min waiting in line and one of the workers didn't have her mask on just had it under her chin. She was sniffling and let out a huge sneeze! With the knife in her hand. Disgusting!
Ilaxi is an amazing employee. Was greeted with a genuine smile and great customer service. Was a quick visit but she made the true difference and made my early visit very pleasing. Will be coming back often.
Great subway location. The staff is always friendly. Very similar to most other subways. Make sure to download the subway app. They give you a weekly coupon for free food and let you order ahead.
The store is very poorly kept. The bathroom door knob didnt lock completely. The worst up kept bathroom ive been in awhile. Ive been in gas station bathrooms that were cleaner . Most of the employees do not speak great english but are still overall friendly and the quality of the food is still good.
The people at this store, especially in the morning hours, have difficulty with the English language. Sometimes it takes many attempts to get them to understand what you want on your sandwich. They also are frequently out of different types of bread.
Came in with one person ahead of me, when employee gets to me I ask if I could get foot long on 9 grain wheat. Tries to look around selections of bread and says sorry we only have white left. He knew there was only white left because of the customer ahead of me but still tried to act like he wasnt aware. I tell him not toasted and to go. He rings it up so that its for dine in and I get charged tax. PSA: If its a cold meat sandwhich and you dont get it toasted and have it to go, they can not charge you tax. Subways went through a class action lawsuit over this.
