Took a bracelet my grandson gave me for Christmas for repair, they were really rude got very irritated with me because I didn't have a receipt, reminded sales person AGAIN that it was a gift & I didn't have receipt, then she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for repairs. I asked them to add some charms I had, & she said one of the charms didn't have enough silver, I told her I had other charms just like that & all I had to pay for was sterling silver jump ring. Then she proceeded to get an even ruder so-called manager. I then took my jewelry to Kay's Jewelry, guess what, very nice & no problem !! James Avery ISNT at all like it used to be!!
