If you're looking for a jeweler in the Permian Basin region look no further! Amazing customer service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. They did a great job resizing the ring I brought in and made it look brand new. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. Went in to get my watch band replaced, they noticed that I was missing some pins in order to complete the installation. Mark was wearing the same brand watch and gave me the pins from his own watch enable to complete the installation. It saved us a massive headache. I would highly reccomend Sam L. Majors to anyone!

I had my Breitling watch repaired there. They went above and beyond. Everyone was very nice and more importantly my watch was repaired in house for far less than I had imagined. Upon receipt of my watch I noticed it was polished, looked new. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I Felt like I was being rushed, he told me come back when I'm ready and said "don't be making my girls work so hard give them a break" I was in there not even 15 mins. Really?
