Arrangement was gorgeous and so full with several different kinds of green plants mixed with color. It was for a funeral and the recipients loved it! I was very impressed.

Great customer service!! They went above and beyond to deliver beautiful flowers to my mom on a day when she needed them most. Would recommend highly.

I bought a $70 bouquet of flowers through 1-800-Flowers for mother's day and they were delivered by Jan's Flowers and Gifts on a Friday (2 days before mother's day). The flowers looked nice at first glance, but we quickly realized they were old and one daisy was missing almost half of its petals. The roses were especially bad. They were fully bloomed and starting to brown around the edges. One of the roses had a petal hanging almost straight down and ready to fall off. One part of the bouquet had flowers pushed in way too far and it looked like hole in the middle of the arrangement. The other side had decorative leaves hanging down so far they almost touched the table. 

I called 1-800-Flowers to complain and they said they'd have a new bouquet delivered the next day. Well, Jan's Flowers failed to do so. At 9:30 on Saturday night, just before Mother's Day, I called again and was told that Jan's had received a message to deliver new flowers and had not indicated they would be unable to do so. It took some fighting, but they agreed to give me a full refund. 

Bottom line, my wife just gave birth a few months ago so this is a special mother's day and now I've only got these ugly flowers to give her. Thanks Jan's Flowers and Gifts!

I made the mistake of ordering through 1-800-Flowers last year for my mother's birthday, so I decided to shop with a local florist this year. I found Jan's Flowers in Fayetteville and I am extremely happy with the arrangement my mother received. I told Gail of the arrangement that I had ordered last year, in hopes to get something similar, and she found it. I happened to notice the price and immediately realized that the price listed was NOT the price I had been charged. I don't know if it was different service charges or what, but with the better prices and better service, I will now only shop with Jan's!

I had been working a lot lately so I wanted to do something special for my Stepdaughter since I hadn't seen her much. I called Jan's Flowers and Gifts and said I was on a budget but I wanted to do something nice for my 9 year old. After asking what I had in mind, I told her... girly and about $30 but the rest was up to her....shortly after, a bouquet arrived that was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and would have run me in the $70+ range anywhere else. Being the 1st time anyone has ever sent my little one flowers, this is the bouquet she will never forget. (Everyone @ work said I have set the bar high for any boys that ever try to buy her flowers later in life!😉) Thank you SO MUCH for making her day special and making me look like a rockstar without having to do anything but make a very quick phone call! You will be doing ALL of our special occasions (and just thinking of you's) from here on out!! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!
