Working with Janene's for the second time. They do a fabulous job - wouldn't work with anyone else because I KNOW this team will produce the perfect fit on the wedding dress. They are professional, knowledgeable, and put out an amazing end product - a gorgeous and absolutely perfectly fitting wedding dress for my daughter.

The selection here is WONDERFUL- ample and lovely. The ladies who with here were so friendly and helpful. There are so many dresses here from so many designers and in so many styles. You'd be hard-pressed to not find what you're looking for here. They also have a good selection of accessories- veils, belts, etc.- which were very helpful in visualizing the look of some of the dresses. The shop is so quaint and comfortable, also. My consultant was new (just a few months in) and did make some mistakes while helping me out- from misquoting dress prices to claiming dresses were of different designers (when the tag stated differently when I discretely checked afterwards). However, it's not like I expect them to memorize the details for every single dress, either. It was just a little off-putting that she would blatantly state facts which she clearly shouldn't have been sure about. The final quote was double-checked and correct, however. I don't even think she realized she had made a mistake earlier. That said, she was really sweet and I still loved every second of my experience here!

I went into Janene's Bridal with my girlfriend to look for a party dress. We've been to every other store and found nothing. The selection and service was top notch. My girl has never looked better. We plan to be loyal customers all the way to out wedding day. Thanks to Janene and her staff.
