Store portion is good and has everything you need, but the photo department is terrible. Tried ordering something online, went it and they printed the wrong type. The staff attempted to redo it, but nobody knew how the poster machine worked, after 4 employees and 20 minutes they said they would have to cancel my order.

I tried giving them a second chance, placed another order. It said it would be ready that night but I decided to wait until the next day to make sure they had time. That morning I received a call bright and early telling me they were out of the paper product and would have to cancel my order

Although, your store on Park St, Alameda, has been open a few months now, I had yet to shop there. However, I had a prescription filled at the Pharmacy there, yesterday. I was so impressed with the store, the look, the
inventory-it has a warm, roomy  atmosphere. Most of all, it have a very nice staff. Katherine, the pharmacist, was just great. She told me that she
was just filling in, for the resident pharmacist. I was glad that I got to meet her.  When one goes to a pharmacy, it is usually because one does not feel well and need medication or, needs to pick up a prescription-either way, stressful scenario for many. 
It helps, when a pharmacist is committed to one's needs. Katherine, fits the bill. She would do any Pharmacy, proud. She was competent and knowledgeable and so helpful. I want my visits to the Pharmacy, to be as infrequent as possible but am very glad that the Walgreens on Park St, is there to fill my prescriptions when I need them.

Before leaving the store, I stopped off at the Photography Dept.  I needed
some copies of old photos. The clerk behind the counter, went out of her way to help me. In fact, she made the copies for me and was friendly,
patient and so nice. Walgreens, should be glad to have her as an employee. Her name is Jeana and she is is so deserving of my comments. 

I left Walgreens, feeling that I had been well taken care of, both in the Pharmacy Dept and the Photography Dept. I look forward to going back.
