Great sales and clearance deals but the saw signs are confusing and misleading. Every customer at the checkout ends up saying "Isn't this on sale?". They need to make sale signage more clear.

This is the most poorly run Old Navy that I've tried shopping at. The staff stock clothing wherever they feel like.

I bought a sweater yesterday at this store, and they left the security tag on, so today I had to take the sweater back so that they could remove the security tag. They didn't even check my receipt. So this means if you want free clothes from Old Navy in Alameda just go ahead and take them.
