I had a terrible experience at this location recently. I have their lifetime service plan with my engagement/wedding ring...with that plan you are supposed to come in every 6 months for an inspection. I had missed ONE inspection...we were moving and I was in the middle of having a baby - you know, small life events. Needless to say my jewelry inspection was not top of mind. Fast forward to now, I walk into this location to get back on the inspection track and to have a bent prong fixed. The customer service rep at the store was all smiles and helpful until she saw in my store profile that I had missed the inspection. All of a sudden you would have thought I was the most irresponsible person on the planet based on how she treated me. She informed me that I was in "breach of contract" and was kicked off the plan. The jeweler was already looking at my ring and she went back to see how much the repairs were going to cost. They were back there for a LONG time, and when she came back out it was with a list of everything that was wrong with my ring. She claimed not only was the prong broken, but the center diamond was cracked, the band needed a special refinishing and almost every stone was loose. All to the tune of ~$1,000 in repairs. I was in shock and pretty horrified, so just asked for my ring back and walked out the door. I then called the location in Greenwood, explained the situation and drove down that way. They honored the original warranty and inspected my ring. They found NO evidence of any crack (is it even possible to crack a diamond from routine wear? you'd think I would have remembered hitting my hand so hard it cracked a diamond) OR any loose stones. My ring was in perfect condition except for the broken prong...which they fixed at no charge. The Keystone location was OBVIOUSLY trying to fleece me. Don't go here if you value integrity or your money. I wish I remembered the sales person's name...what a scam artist!

Just worked with Thomas! I am so in love with my purchase. Grateful for his assistance, kindness, and the beautiful selection they have here. Definitely worth visiting!

Disrespectful Customer Service from their Manager - Thomas! The ONLY reason I have had to deal with this location is due to my watch being stolen and this store being the only distributor for my watch. I had a watch band replaced in May (nice lady) and the staff insisted on doing it as they wanted to be sure it was done correctly. Just today the watch band screw/pin has come out and assumed lost. I called the store and was directed to the manager - Thomas! I asked if they could order a new one and had asked if it would be replaced FOC as they had installed it in May. Basically NO was the answer - seriously a $3 screw and you want to charge me and its a $1200 watch!!! But what was disappointing was his attitude. He insisted on me brining in the watch so they can look at the parts etc - let me tell you they have the watch in the store AND have the catalogue of all parts within the watch. Admittedly I was rather frustrated but was not being abusive or using any language - but I was expressing myself assertively. I asked him to walk over to the cabinet and look at the watch and simply order based on that unit. He Said NO he would not and refused to do it. He actually accused me of being "rather rude" as he said "I was demanding him to walk over there"! WHAT! Isn't that what customer service is all about?? Basically Thomas you acted like a little girl and your pride got ahead of you and not recognizing what your responsibility is - Your Customers! If they asked you to walk outside then just do it. I have dealt with other high end jewelry stores - Reis Nichols etc and they are first class. Thomas you are just a sad person and you need to put your big boy shoes on in your business. My business and my colleagues is gone from you and Jared! Good job pal. PS - if you think my post is a little harsh, continue down and look at the other areas they suffer with. I am not alone.

Horrible experience. They made my wife feel terrible for wanting a more affordable option of wedding bands. Did not and will not buy anything from them.

I needed a small diamond replaced on my wedding band. I was really skeptical based on reviews but I decided to go in since my ring is insured through Jared. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to have it done by the next day. It looked great when I picked it up, you couldn't tell which diamond was replaced. Customer service from the two people I worked with was great as well.
