We bought our wedding bands and an engagement band from this Jared store yesterday and are quite pleased with our experience. In particular, we were impressed with the low pressure sale, lack of up-selling, solid advice on metals and finishes, and excellent service. I did do some homework in advance, but there are some questions that can only be answered by someone who is knowledgeable about their trade. We bought the rings at 8pm Thursday night, they were ready for pick-up at noon Friday. They added the brush finish and sized the engagement band, and sized both wedding bands in that time. If we had been an hour earlier, we would have had them for our civil service this morning. Five out of five last minute wedding bells, we will be going back.

This was a hard one to rate, the service is very slow getting to customers under staffed. The wait can be a little to long .When you get a sales person excellent service.

Hard sell on stupid upgrades, had to say no repeatedly. Hard sell on Jared card, had to say no repeatedly. Missed return date by a day with the holidays, and they were completely unwilling to even give store credit for the item. All around lousy customer service. Do your self a favor and go to a smaller non-chain store for a less crappy experience.

Excellent customer service provided by their manager Anita. Went in for a second opinion since I was miss informed from the Jared's at the mall of Columbia about my engagement ring. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I will be going back as a regular customer ;)

I wish there was a way to give this store a negative rating. I had a terrible experience with management, in particular the store manager named Anita Black. I had went to the store to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my mother and ended up leaving with additional purchases for my wife. The Jared store sales reps were welcoming and the Pandora rep gave me excellent service. I had made my purchases dropped my wife's necklace to get it repaired and cleaned. A few hours later I get a call to come pick up my wife's necklace. When I return I am greeted by the manager who happened to be scolding a employee and she proceeded to ask me what help I needed. I told her I was picking up the necklace and from here the experience turns for the worst. She inquired further to verify if the jewelry indeed belonged to me, when the other staff tried to vouch for me having been in the store earlier she told them to "hush". She then asked me to provide my ID and even though she saw we had the same last name she decided that she could not release the necklace to me and dismissed me simply with "store policy". Moments later my wife calls to speak to her and she discovers that my name indeed was on the repair slip and signed by myself. She tells my wife to have me come back to the store and hangs up. When I return she did not apologize or try to pleasantly rectify the situation. I proceeded to return my purchased items because she ruined my experience and I did not want to give her store any business since she rudely interacted with myself, wife and her own staff. Worst manager ever.
