I sold some silver rounds I'd been holding on to a few weeks back.  The transaction wasn't bad and the person who let me in was sociable and friendly.  I'd go back if the need arose. I've read all the reviews for this shop and they cover the spectrum.  I found the guy to be direct and matter of fact but then again, I didn't enter with the thought of developing a relationship.  I am going back to look at a few rifles this week.

Gus special ordered a gun for me. Price changed in typical pawn shop fashion. Went from $xxx out the door to the same $xxx as the starting point and ended up well over a hundred dollars more. Because it was a difficult to find gun I paid. Too bad though, I had hoped this would be my new go-to gun shop but with that maneuver, Gus got the only  money out of me that he ever will.  Based on overheard conversations with regulars, Gus is clearly knowledgeable and well experienced.

15% for a "restocking fee" on a gun purchase that got a DENY NICS check. Save your money and go to Tyler's or somewhere else.

I've gone into to this place several times, once to pawn an item and several times to shop. The owner or whomever it is, Gus that they have working at the counter is rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. While he was talking to me he wasn't even looking at me. Also, one time I went there he wouldn't even let me in through the front door. My opinion is that he basically scares you out of the store if he doesn't want your business, for whatever reason... I've only gone there a few times because it's very convenient but this last time will be my last visit there.
