Coulton is the star attraction of this store - he's helpful, kind, and cares deeply about his customers. He's down to earth and budget-conscious yet works hard to help you find exactly what you want. My fiancée and I got our rings custom made here, and everyday I look at them I see us in them, and that's all thanks to his guidance. 

I'm unsure what the other reviewers experiences were there, because we had nothing but great service. Please give it a try if you want a wonderful ring!

I went to this store this weekend and had a terrible shopping experience. First of all, when I told them what I was looking for, they didnt even TRY to show me what I had described, and instead kept pushing me to purchase a brand I didnt want or like. Then, after I had told them I had been looking at Reeds in the mall, a man told me that Reeds was owned by them and carried the same stuff, so there was no reason to buy from them. when I explained that was not true, and I knew it was not, he argued with me and told me I was incorrect. 

Do NOT shop here. They are either not educated or unethical, which one of those is the only thing that is unclear.

They just started using Progressive leasing a few months ago (at least according to Kay when I went to purchase my item). And from this point forward will never use Kay Jewelers again as long as they do business with Progressive Leasing. The company is worse than Pay day loan company. They do not explain there interest rates or 90 day payment policy that well at all!

Over the course of three months, Coulton has worked with me and my soon-to-be fiancée to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted out of our rings (for a great price!). He really went the extra mile, and we'll definitely be returning in the future. :)
