I want to thank Keith for the amazing customer service.   My fiance is over the moon with her ring.  Keith went above and beyond to find her the perfect diamonds for the style of ring she loved.  To see her face light up was a priceless experience.  

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.  However, Keith has won Reed's a customer for life.

I keep seeing reviews here for Michelle and there’s a reason. She’s wonderful. I’ve been looking for an enhanced for almost a year and she was extraordinarily helpful in figuring out what went well with my engagement ring. The stone sits a bit funny so finding something that goes well with it has been an ordeal. Michelle was patient and listened to what I was looking for. If you’re looking for excellent customer service ask for Michelle.

Michelle and Kendra helped me to find the perfect solution to my wedding band dilemma! While I absolutely loved my engagement ring's simple setting, the way in which the center stone was set on the band, I was unable to find any wedding band that would sit flush with my engagement ring. After visiting quite a few jewelry stores, these great ladies offered me a solution that no one else had offered. I found a very pretty and simple wedding band which I purchased two of, and in one of the bands their jeweler set the center stone from my engagement ring. I now have a matching set that sits flush and is absolutely beautiful! Thank you Kendra and Michelle - I really appreciate it!!

I have a sapphire ring that is very sentimental to me.   My daughter gave it to me 25 years ago and I lost one of the sapphire's out of the ring.   I took it to Reeds for repair.   I was told it would take about 10 days...they would phone me when it came in...no problem.   about a month went by...the ring was not back...another phone call was made to the jeweler who was repairing the ring....said it should be ready in 10 days.  Another month goes by and yes  my ring was returned to me with a beautiful sapphire to match the other stones.   The reason for my long  explanation is this:
Michelle, the assistant manager stayed in contact with repair jeweler and most importantly, called me when she said she was going to call me.   Because it took so long for the repair jeweler to find the right size stone and they had my ring almost 3 months,  which normally would be a 10 day repair. Michelle did not charge me for the repair.    She was extraordinary in dealing with me and I am so very grateful to her.
