Honestly, I have never seen worse customer service than at this store. I came to get my ring cleaned 6 months after my fiancé purchased it and, upon entering the store, nobody even thought of greeting me. Finally, after waiting for 5 minutes with the manager and another employee walking past me as if I did not exist, I wondered to the jewelry repair center. I asked where I should go and the very rude guy behind the counter responded, "here but I'm busy working with them right now." I explained to him that I didn't ask him that and would wait. For another almost 20 min I stood there. Nobody said I'll be right with you, nobody said sorry for the wait. The guy just kept tapping at his computer as if I did not exist. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and asked how long it would be. With attitude, once again, he said "I don't know, I have to finish paperwork." I then asked how long do you think it will take. He said, I don't know. Now very frustrated, I'm starting to get agitated and I told him give me an estimate. He says, 20 min. I lost it. I told him to get me a manager. It should be noted that I am still waiting for the manager to come talk to me and it's been another 20 min. Long story short, DONT come here unless you deal with Alan! I must say that Alan is amazing! He diffused the situation and helped me right away. He made up for the horrible customer service I received from Miguel (avoid him at all costs). The manager, Jennifer wasn't great either but, to be fair to Jennifer, she said she came over but I was on the phone. However, I was sitting almost right next to her for another 10 min and she didn't come back over. I guess she figured I didn't need her anymore. To conclude, DO NOT come here unless you go to Alan!

I called to ask a question but wanted to explain some details in regards to a warranty that I have. The representative cut me off and rudely said , "ok what's your question"? I wasn't even able to finish my train of thought or ask another question. He pretty much rushed me off the phone. Bad customer service!!!

WORST customer service. Ordered online, and received the wrong size. They didn't size the ring in the size I had asked. Had to drive to the store, only to be treated horribly for something their company had gotten wrong to begin with. Lady spoke to me from the other side of the counter and couldn't even walk up to me. I explained to her that my online order had not been sized correctly and her response to me was "you are going to have to pay for that". Mind you, I had bought the extended warranty on the item, but she was so fixated on treating me like someone that had no money to spend that after I told her the order came in wrong she said to return it and reorder it. I explained to her once again that it was not my mistake and that I had the extended warranty, she asked me to walk around, she couldn't even have the decency to walk up to me. She sent me over to the repairs section and another lady helped me who wasn't as bad as her, but just seemed like she didn't want to do her job. I decided to leave all my other jewelry for their cleaning and inspection and she just seemed frustrated about having to do it because her computer was slow and whatnot. When I was done she didn't say thank you or anything, the lady that was super rude from the beginning looked up at me as I was walking out and didn't say a word. Not one person said thank you or have a nice day as I walked out. And the only person that had even greeted me when I had entered the store was the security guard. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store and referred family and friends to them. But I will never shop at that store again, or online for that matter.

I will probably never want to walk in this particular store again. I was browsing around and the atmosphere was like a cut throat competition. Hearing complaints from the sales associates on how they worked with an individual for a long time and they went to some one else to purchase the item from. I heard for the entire time I was there I wanted to speak to a manager (a blonde mature lady) but I was told she cannot be bothered because she will not leave her appointment/sale for no one, not even a complaint or concern. Great Management Skills! They also do not like it when you try to return something, I experienced that to. It is awful when your being coerced by the staff to do what you do not want to do. If you going to spend your hard earned money make sure that is what you want because you may walk out the with something you really didn't and have no recourse except for social media. I was waited on an associate to assist me, but the drama and tension in this establishment kept my dollars in my pocket. I just went elsewhere. Not like they used to be unless you are purchasing from them, otherwise it is a waste of time and money. Happy Holidays!

Was sadden by the customer service and non assisting employee - old Jamaican lady who was short and not polite at all. She made me wait while having a personal conversation with a coworker then she tried to rush me to buy something I wasn't even interested it.
