1. The set up is disjointed and makes no sense. You either come through the women's section or the men's section and in order to get from one to the other, you have to leave the store, pass other stores (which you are probably better off going to) just to get to the next section. 2. The service is non existent. I wandered for 20 minutes just to find someone, anyone, to help me. Then when I finally did, they seemed entirely too inconvenienced by my presence. (I went on a weekend in the early afternoon while the store was still relatively empty). I recommend skipping Macy's all together and try all the other stores they invite you to walk by instead.

NEW! Macy's Restaurant is a new cozy little place for a snack, drink, coffee, deserts, interesting products like gluten free cookies or hot light meal. Good solution for people who want to keep on shopping without leaving the store.

Horrible phone wait times. I went to the operator, she transferred me right back over to the ladies shoe department again. I called back and this time they put me into a voicemail. LIKE WTF!!!!! I have never been bounced around so much in my life. The shoes I bought 2 weeks ago, BROKE. they are Tommy Hilfiger sandals and they were $75.00. I cant even get information, I have to waste my time going over there.

Great experience! I bought a juicy couture rose fragrance with a free tote bag but they ran out..I wasn't too happy but Gina from juicy couture fragrances was very helpful and she took my number and said she would call me if they got any in...she did! She kept her promise! Amazing! Highly recommended
