I came in because the pendant from my necklace came off and I wanted to see what could be done. The whole thing was gold plated sterling silver but they didn’t even ask or check before they blow torched it to reattach the pendant. After they ruined the thing they tell me that it’s because it’s not actually gold. No duh i could have told them that and so could the labeling on the necklace and pendant. They decided to go ahead and do the work before even examining the piece and getting my approval. Then they tell me they can fix it by plating that portion in gold. They used some other gold that looked orange and didn’t even match the rest of the necklace and pendant. On top of that they burned the small diamond on the pendant. I basically paid money to have them completely ruin my necklace. And then they acted like it was my fault. The workmanship was terrible and the service lady was rude.

I haven't even purchased anything there. I went with a friend two times now. Beautiful fine jewerly. Honest owner. Friendly, helpful staff. Both times my friend Joyce was very satisfied with their service. If you want to purchase fine jewelry, check them out.

Fast and friendly service. I think of them as my hometown Jeweler. From watch batteries to custom-made pieces they've done it all for me. I would go to them before I went to anybody else for my jewelry needs.

I've never bought any jewelry here but have all of my repairs and any watch needs done here. They do great work and are very reasonably priced.
