READ THE FINE PRINT!!

This store is the nightmare that will never end.  In looking at a ring, I opened a store account.  That account was promised to me as a "zero interest" account.  Charge a ring to the account, then I return it.  The account gets refunded.  BUT interest was charged (!!!!!) while I had the charge on my account.  Got that refunded too.  THEN the account has a "minimum charge" where they charge you monthly for the pleasure of having the account open.

This all occurred over the course of two months.  I'm tired of thinking I'm done with them, then I end up not being done.  I didn't even buy anything!!!

The staff is pushy, the merchandise is overpriced (seriously, compare them to another jeweler in the area), and they won't ever leave you alone.

Stay away.  If you value your sanity, stay away.  If you value your peace, stay away.

I always knew that Jared was top-notch for product, but it seems their sales people are unbelievable as well.  Nicole Osborn went above and beyond the call of duty, getting me EXACTLY what I wanted.  Not in the showcase?  No problem!  Let's just look at the catalogs (under the desk) to see if there's a piece that fits my needs.  Yep!  Not in the GR store, but let's transfer it from another store in Ohio that does have it, and let's get it in a couple of days, so it's here before Christmas!  Thanks Nicole.  Jared, you have a great employee in Nicole; congrats!

I had some pretty specific items to purchase with lots of questions. Sheri Fitzsimmons was OVER THE TOP helpful. She was knowledgeable and even let me know about upcoming promotions to save me money. SO I WENT BACK! I LOVED that she put my needs first. 
It was one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. In addition, I appreciate her manager's servant leadership style. She fully support Sheri and even wrapped as Sheri answered my questions. I would rate them a 10 if I could. Happy Holidays!

Nothing but positive experiences whenever I enter this place. Ask for Bill. I got a beautiful diamond ring for my fiancé. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about diamonds and are very willing to help get you what you’re looking for. Even if you’re stopping in to window shop they will steam polish and shine up your rings for free. AMAZING customer service.
