I have never sold any gold before, but I had some chains and rings from my mother that had been sitting in a drawer for over 5 years.   I wasn't sure what to expect, and was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness & professionalism of the staff.   Sophia walked me through the entire process, testing each piece that was not clearly marked and answering all my questions.   Thank you Sophia, so much!

I had a ring from my great-grandma that was yellow gold and cut (it was cut off her finger because it was to tight to remove). I wanted to have it white gold in color. I was able to have the shank built up, sized, and dipped to have the white gold color. I was so happy I got to keep the design!!!! I love my ring. Paul and the staff are so welcoming, helpful, and DID NOT PRESSURE me:) Loved the experience and my ring. Cannot say enough good thigs.
