My now fiancé and I went into the store on a whim, and had the most personal experience. Jackie, and everyone there, was so easy to work with. We brought a treasured diamond that was owned by my grandmother. We didn't have a clear sense of direction, but Jackie guided us toward the perfect setting and wedding band that really complement my grandmother's diamond perfectly. The quick turnaround time to have the stone set was really impressive. Perfect experience overall, they now have two more customers for life.

Stone was chipped and they fixed it, the replacement then fell out.

Such a great selection on rings. I really like watches and they have quite a variety to choose from. Looking for the perfect band with my fiancee we finally found it at Thomas Fox. Really nice staff. Prices were great. I would definitely recommend them and go back again !

I had a very tall order to be filled in my quest to find the perfect engagement ring. I had a moderate budget that I really didn’t want to break, a short deadline to meet, and a specific look in mind. Finding a ring is not as easy as the commercials make it look, but I found one jeweler who made it as pain-free as possible. I was a very informed shopper. I did my homework ahead of time and took extensive notes at the handful of jewelers I visited. Avoiding the bigger “chain jewelers” like Jared or Zales, I set my sights on the smaller, more unique and personal stores. Thomas S. Fox offered me not only the best selection of settings, but a very cooperative attitude towards all my needs. Once I finally found a ring that my gut was screaming “yes” about, the staff (namely Jackie and John) really worked with me to find the perfect diamond for my budget. This meant showing me the best stone for my taste (cut and color were my main focus) and a willingness to bargain. The staff at Thomas S. Fox is very customer focused and wanted me to leave feeling 100% confident with my choice. Another great thing to note about the staff is that I never felt like I was being sold. I visited four other similar jewelers in the area and always felt pressured into making a deal right away. The other stores tried to dazzle me with their “superior” diamond selection and knowledge, but I found Thomas S. Fox had the same selection of stones and the same, if not more extensive, diamond knowledge. The wonderful thing is that they weren’t trying to be flashy, they weren’t trying to dazzle me into an expensive stone, they really were there to guide me in picking out the perfect diamond for ME (or, rather, my soon-to-be fiancé). At the end of the day, the tight-knit-staff at Thomas S. Fox ended up feeling like a part of the wedding party. After a couple days of working with the staff I didn’t leave the store with A ring, I left the store with THE ring. On top of that, I left confident in my decision and completely satisfied. I actually look forward to spending more money in the future, working with the delightful staff, when it comes time to buy the wedding bands. Summary – If you want a more personal touch without being pushed into a decision, Thomas S. Fox is the place for you. With a staff as knowledgeable as they are helpful, they will work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for.
